RESERVATIONS

 

We accept phone reservations without a deposit for most rental items.

Please feel free to send us a fax or e-mail with questions and we will get back to you as soon as possible.  However, we cannot accept fax or e-mail reservations as we must verify availability prior to making a reservation commitment.  If you call, we can verify availability at that time.

 

OVERTIME / LATE RETURNS

 

We charge for late return of equipment.  Please contact us if you will be late or if you need addition rental time as we may have other customers waiting for the item you have.  Except in the case of prior committments, we will be happy to extend your rental contract.

 

DELIVERY

 

We charge a nominal fee for delivery or pick up.  We will do our best to schedule deliveries at a time convenient for you.  There must be someone present to accept all deliveries.  For the safety of our drivers we only make ground floor deliveries.

 

DAMAGE

 

We charge for damage which is beyond the scope of "normal wear and tear".  We do offer a "Limited Damage Waiver" which covers the cost of accidental damage while equipment is in your possession.  The fee for LDW is 10% of the rental fee.

 

PRICING

 

Our pricing policies vary with the type of equipment involved.  Most power tools are rented by the hour with a minimum of hours.  Most party equipment is rented on an "event" basis, which means you can get your items the day before the event and return them the day after for a single charge.

 

All equipment has daily and weekly rates, some also have monthy rates.  Most power tools also have overnight charges which can save you $$$$.

 

It is our policy to always charge our lowest available rate for the time you have our equipment.  Please be sure you understand the rates and rules for your contract.  Scheduled return times are especially important.

 

We do not charge for days that we are closed.  Winter sundays and holidays are an example of these "free" days.  Please call for details if you wish to take advantage of this policy on a day we will not be open. 

 

IDENTIFICATION

 

We require two forms of identification from all renters.   One must be a state issued photo id.  We will accept your Illinois State Drivers License, Illinois State ID Card, Illinois State Gun Owners ID card, or major credit card.  You must be over the age of 18 to sign our rental contract.
