We accept phone reservations without a deposit for most items. Please feel
free to send us a fax or e-mail with questions and we will get back to you as soon as possible. However, we cannot
accept fax or e-mail reservations as we must verify prior to making a reservation commitment. |

We charge for late return of equipment. Please contact us if you will be late or if you need additional rental time
as we may have other customers waiting for the item you have. |

We charge a nominal fee for delivery and/or pick up. We will do our best to schedule deliveries at a time convenient for you. There
must be someone present to accept all deliveries. We make ground floor deliveries only. |

We charge for damage which is beyond the scope of "normal wear and tear". We offer a "Limited Damage Waiver" which
covers the cost of accidental damage while equipment is in your possession. |

Our pricing policies vary with the type of equipment involved. Most power tools are rented by the hour with a minimum number of hours. Most party equipment is rented on an “event” basis, which means you get the equipment the day before your function and return the day after for a single fee.
All equipment has daily and weekly rates and many have special overnight charges which apply on equipment picked up the last business hour of one day and are returned the first hour of the next day. Many tools also qualify for our special “Weekend Warrior Rates”. Please be sure that you understand the rate rules and due time for your contract.
We do not charge for says that we are closed. Please call for details if you wish to take advantage of this policy on a day when we are not open.
